60-minute session at my office in downtown Bellingham.

Typically clients start with weekly appointments but we can work together to decide the right cadence for you.

I am licensed to see clients anywhere in Washington state.

Telehealth appointments are 60-minutes and conducted in a private, secure, HIPAA compliant virtual setting.

My standard fee is $225 per session.

I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale appointments for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Do you accept insurance?

No. I am not in-network with any insurance plans currently. All sessions are private pay.

Can I use out-of-network benefits?

Yes. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage, you may be able to get partial reimbursement.

How does out-of-network insurance work?

You pay for your session upfront. I provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you submit to your insurance.

What is a superbill?

A document that includes the date of service, CPT code, diagnosis code, session fee, and my license/NPI information, everything your insurer needs to process a claim.

How much will I get back?

This varies by plan. You can ask your insurance company:
• Do I have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy?
• What is my deductible?
• What percentage is reimbursed after my deductible is met?

Can I use an HSA or FSA?

Yes. Most HSA/FSA cards can be used for therapy.
