While I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and men's issues, regardless of the particular challenges you’re facing, if you think that talking to a professional might help, we may be a good fit. I have worked with people facing relationship and attachment-related issues, life transitions, school and work stress, parenting and marital challenges, body dysphoria, sexual dysfunction, depression and bipolar disorder, identity-related questions, grief, and existential distress.

Approaching each of my clients with an attitude of curiosity, and a reverence for who they are and what they are bringing to therapy, I strive to establish a therapeutic foundation of trust and safety. Once this foundation is in place, therapy may entail any number of interventions, including improving coping skills, practicing mindfulness, meaning-making, and developing greater emotional intelligence.
